If you have any feedback, comments, or suggestions regarding the most
recent minutes posted on this site, please feel free to email them
to the association.
An annual general meeting
will convene each calendar year. If you wish to transact any special
business at this meeting, notice must be given in accordance with
the rules and regulations of the association.
On written request of any three members or the President, special
general meetings of the Association will also be held. Members will
be notified by post of the date, place and time of the meeting and
the nature of the business to be transacted at the meeting at least
14 days prior to it's occurrence. If you desire to bring any additional
business before a meeting please ensure that you give notice of
that business in writing to the secretary.
